Guided by the core concept of "Technology-Empowered, Revitalized Vibrancy, Three-Dimensional Symbiosis," the design brings together a sci-tech themed shopping center, a sci-tech culture street, a modern smart farmers' market, apartment-style hotels and supporting mixed-use facilities, delivering an urban complex under a TOD model that balances high-tech attributes with the warmth of everyday life. Leveraging the convenient connectivity of rail transit, the project adopts an efficient spatial layout to create vertically layered, multi-functional, hybrid indoor-outdoor experiential commercial spaces. It projects a sense of the future while incorporating a modern reinterpretation of traditional culture, striving to create innovative spaces within the urban fabric that combine both technological and human warmth.
