The project is a high-end commercial complex developed by Jinbo Commercial Group in Chancheng District, Foshan City, integrating shopping, commercial, and office functions. Strategically located at the gateway to Foshan's Zumu Temple district and directly above the Cha'an Station of the Guangzhou-Foshan Metro, the site boasts an advantageous location with a vibrant commercial atmosphere, laying the foundation for it to become a new regional commercial landmark.
The design draws inspiration from Lingnan cultural elements, incorporating traditional architectural components like dougong brackets and flying eaves into the facade to create a distinctive “Lingnan imprint” on the urban landscape. It features plazas and terraced viewing platforms to foster open public spaces, while establishing an iconic architectural presence at the intersection.
