The Commercial Project of Chongqing Yuelai Area of CIFI GROUP is located in the important junction port of “the One Belt and One Road” and “Yangtze River Economic Belt”, important strategic port of the Development of Western China and central location of the northern new area of Liangjiang New District in Chongqing. It is the financial center and innovation center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and it is an important gateway for the inland area to open to the outside world and a demonstration window for scientific development. Based on the rich natural resources of the mountain city Chongqing, the Project manifests features of Chongqing known as Mountain City and China’s Capital of Fog. The staggered skirt building space and tall and straight-up tower group form a building planning concept in which the buildings are mutually dependent.

Following closely the trend of the rapid growth of track planning and investment with the subway as the core, PHA sticks to innovation development and gives full play to the location advantage that Commercial Project of Chongqing Yuelai District next to Gaoyi subway station. A number of landscape steps and corridors in the block are designed to create a multi-dimensional scene experience commercial street, providing residents of Liangjiang New District and Chongqing with a one-stop new life experience containing life, entertainment, communication, business and leisure.
