The sce property Fuzhou commercial plaza project is located in the core area of the Yantai Mountain District in Cangshan, Fuzhou. It marks Zhongjun Group’s first high-end commercial development in the city. After five years of construction, this 830,000-square-meter TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) complex integrates shopping, dining, culture, leisure, entertainment, and residential functions. The project features a high-end shopping mall, an international-style pedestrian street, an urban cultural plaza, and premium cultural residential units. Its aim is to redefine the traditional commercial district concept and create an iconic urban landmark that embodies the full commercial landscape of downtown Fuzhou.

The design concept draws inspiration from the image of flowing clouds weaving through stones, utilizing contrasting textures and material variations to create facades reminiscent of landscape scroll paintings. Parametric recessed spaces are introduced to enhance the sense of interwoven volumes.

In response to the evolving lifestyle habits of the new generation, PHA focuses on creating a social platform for connection, communication, and sharing. This is achieved by merging and blurring the boundaries between the central atrium public space and retail areas. By integrating walkways and open spaces with dynamic movement and interactive zones, the project fuses different types of commercial elements, thereby offering a fresh, hybrid model that combines living and shopping in one seamless, contemporary complex.
