Job responsibilities：

Responsible for supporting and coordinating the completion of the project’s architectural design plan; preliminary design, e.g., professional architecture design, or post design, e.g., expanded preliminary design and construction drawings, assist and coordinate the whole project in the whole process from plan design to construction drawing design.

Take charge of or lead the designer team to complete the work of each link; guide and coordinate the project team members to effectively complete the design task.

Make and report project plans and architectural design effect.

Control the design quality of the department, guide the designers and assess the work of the team designers.

Supervise and cooperate to complete the construction design management of each stage. Preside over project plan creative design, put forward design ideas, perfect design details, set up and implement project design plan.

Review the drawings and data at each design stage, organize and coordinate the review, feedback and revision of the professional drawings, propose the design optimization suggestions and organize the implementation. Be responsible for the review and management of the design changes, and participate in the evaluation and confirmation of the selection of the building and decoration materials.

Organize joint checking of drawings and design details, construction cooperation, solve the technical problems of drawings and construction site, and provide professional advice.

Participate in the project feasibility study, product positioning, and provide professional technical support. Organize design bidding and tendering, design review, prepare design task in each design stage, design bidding documents and design contracts.

Collect project related cases, and establish technical standard database and knowledge base of professional design cases for product research and innovation.

Complete the other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Qualifications:

Cherish architectural feelings and dreams, more than 7 years’ working experience in commercial projects, bachelor degree or above in architecture, strong construction project creation ability, the ability to preside over large-scale design projects, and strong experience in design management.

Excellent team leadership and excellent communication skills, responsible, dedicated with good team spirit.

Using experience of parametric design software (such as Grasshopper, Rhino, etc.) preferred.

Overseas learning and working experience or working experience in foreign enterprises with good communication skills in English preferred.

Responsible for the management of architectural design at all stages.

Expand the project bidding and bidding cooperation scheme and deepen the construction drawing audit.

Responsible for communicating with the design unit and tracking the design intention of the project in all stages.

In charge of communication with Party A、giving a project report and coordination work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major, working experience for more than 5 years in large architectural design company.

With experience in public architecture design, high creative enthusiasm and excellent design ability, responsible, dedicated with good team spirit.

Good ability in communication, coordination, leading the team, report the copywriting completely and accurately.

Using experience of parametric design software (such as Grasshopper，Rhino, etc.) preferred.
