In early 2016, PHA won the conceptual design competition of the Zhengzhou Lu Kang New City Project. The project is jointly developed by the Road King Group and Kangqiao Group, which is the large piece of large scale land piece, 202.102 hectares for development. The project is positioning as a creative cultural and entertainment district, develop into 4 phases, including shopping mall, performing centre, art hotel, museum and visual and creative industries park. With the unique design & functions, sure this will become the iconic landmark building and the new leisure consumption hot spots of Zhengzhou.
